Quality

We follow a strict quality control procedure that includes random testing of the various components of the Masterbatches like polymers, pigments and additives, minerals etc. The pigments and additives are selected with utmost care keeping in mind the end-use performance and the process conditions to achieve the best results.

Every batch is tested thoroughly on the parameters of Dispersion, MFI, Density, Carbon/Filler Content, Opacity, Whiteness, Gloss etc. as well as specific tests like Impact & Tensile for specific products – in order to maintain excellent consistency in quality.
